Our Team

Spry Control has a team of professionals who are Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditors (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and have extensive work experience in information technology and financial risk management areas.

Each assignment is supervised and managed by Principal Consultant and supported by suitably qualified professionals in the area of engagement.

Dil, Principal Consultant, CPA, CISA, CISSP, CFE

Dil started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and continued with another consulting firm for a total of 10 years and his acclaimed expertise in strategic consulting, organizational development, strategic formulation, business planning, financial restructuring, and management economics has been recognized by many leading technology reports.

Dil served for five years as an executive of Forecasting and Planning for AST Computers, in addition to his position as the materials Controller. Subsequent to his position with AST, he was named CEO for 3 years of an information technology company. He then moved to another software development company as a founder and board member and continued there for seven years. For the past 10 years, he has managed team members and provided IT audit, technology and financial risk management services, security risk assessment and fraud related investigations including digital and accounting forensic services to clients all over US.

Dil received an MBA degree from The International School of Business Administration, the overseas business program of The University of Southern California.

Zee Principal Consultant MS, CISA

Zee's career spans over 9 years with IT technology services in the consulting arm of a public accounting company before joining Spry Control. He has enormous work experience on IT general and application controls, application security and also fraud related investigations. He has specializations in accounting and severalenterprise resource planning softwares and has exposure to several verticals.

Zee also in the past has software development experience in Java, .Net and Websphere, SQL 2000, Oracle 8i, and DB/2 and has thorough understanding of input, processing and output controls.He has IT audit, application security assessment and investigation.

Hans Principal Consultant MS, CISA, CISSP

Han's career spans over 17 years with IT technology services in several companies including systems administrator, security administrator and help desk manager before joining Spry Control. He has enormous work experience on IT general and administrating infrastructure, configuration management, change control, computer operations, hardening of servers, desktop and devices, application security and also fraud related investigations. He has digital forensic work experience and data recovery expertise.
